Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification and research of potential clients and market opportunities to support the lead generation efforts of the sales team.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs, and provide insights to the management regarding market penetration strategies.
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to create awareness about our IT solutions and services.
- Support the sales team in developing tailored sales strategies to convert leads into clients while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals to assist senior team members in pitching our products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update lead and client information in the company’s CRM system to ensure that all interactions are documented and tracked appropriately.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills in negotiation and sales techniques, as well as stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on lead generation campaigns and support implementation by providing feedback and insights on client responses.
- Assist in managing customer relationships by following up with clients after initial meetings and ensuring they have all the resources they need to make informed decisions.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet individual and team targets effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage with potential clients effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and practices, with an eagerness to learn about lead generation and the sales process within the IT sector.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Familiarity with CRM software or basic digital tools for lead tracking and client management.
- Enthusiastic about developing negotiation and sales skills, with a willingness to receive feedback and improve.

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT industry.
- General knowledge of IT products and services, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience participating in university clubs, workshops, or extracurricular activities related to sales or customer relations.
- Understanding of digital marketing techniques and their influence on sales strategies.
- Proficiency in additional languages that may be relevant to the client base.
- Capability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated to achieve personal performance goals.
